• Making Nasi Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice)

    Ingridients:

    1. 5 plate of rice
    2. 75 g smoke beef
    3. 2 pieces of sausage, cut into circles
    4. 2-3 eggs
    5. 100 g squid
    6. 100 g shrimp
    7. 100 g peas
    8. 50 g button mushrooms
    9. 100 g chicken meat that has been boiled, diced
    10. 3 tablespoons butter for sauteing 

    Seasoning:

    1. 2 spring onions, sliced 
    2. 3 cloves garlic, sliced 
    3. 2 red chilies, sliced 
    4. 1/2 onion, chopped 
    5. tablespoon tomato sauce 
    6. 1 tablespoon chili sauce 
    7. tbsp oyster sauce 
    8. soy sauce to taste 
    9. chili paste to taste 
    10. salt to taste 
    11. pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Input into the pan until the butter melts 
    2. Then enter onions then the garlic and onions are sliced until fragrant 
    3. Put the chicken pieces, stir fry 
    4. Then enter shrimp, squid, smoke beef stir until evenly distributed and half-baked 
    5. Then input the eggs until well over the pan, stir well 
    6. Then enter button mushrooms, peas and red pepper, stir until well blended 
    7. Put white rice and stir well until really mixed 
    8. Enter the given chili paste seasoning, until the rice turns to red and mixed 
    9. Do not forget to leave a sweet soy sauce according to taste, mix well 
    10. Finally enter the seasoning, salt, bouillon powder until evenly, stir and serve while hot
